I moved to Gaithersburg, MD in 2007 from a small town in North Carolina. As anyone who has ever relocated to another state knows, you end up having to do searches for new Dr's, Dentists, and other necessities. That's where I started... Google.com to the rescue again.

Now you may be as shocked as I was to find almost no local Dentists in Gaithersburg in the top 20 search results of Google's search engine.

What's even more amazing is that according to Google's data, there are approximately 480 exact searches per month for the phrase "Dentist Gaithersburg ". This is a hungry market!

What you find in the search results are "mega-pages" about Dentists in Gaithersburg, such as directories, and classified ads. Most of them are even for different towns, and very unhelpful to a serious seeker.

That's one of the reasons I built this web page too. As an owner of an online marketing firm, specializing in Search Engine Optimization, I thought this would be a great way to use my skills to serve others that might be looking for a really good dentist in the Gaithersburg area.

Good Question, This Will Clear It All Up...

But first, you should know that Dr. Aghaee didn't know I was going to create this, and further he had no idea I was even capable of this. When I told him I was putting a site together for him that recommended him, he was genuinely surprised, and grateful.

So what's all the fuss about this dentist then?

My friend, I've already let you in a bit on how freaked out I am of dentist, right? Well that didn't happen without reason. I actually went to the dentist many times since being a youth before trying my newest strategy... "avoid the dentist until death." Bad decision.

These dentist visits all proved to be challenging in one way or another. Tell me if you can relate to some of this:

1. Lectured and belittled for amount of decay, or cavities

2. The dentist sits you back and starts rootin' around in your mouth, not even telling you what they're doing.

3. Encouraged to hang in there as you are writhing in pain when they touch a nerve during drilling

4. Sigh and disgust when you react fastly to a nerve touch pain and it "interupts" their drilling

5. I even have a horror story about being popped up with novicaine, and while that kicks in, she walked me to the front desk to run my credit card through for the payment!

Yes there are more stories, but suffice to say, my fear didn't come without reasons.

But those experiences are EXACTLY why I'm so impressed with Dr Aghaee and EXACTLY why I would go through all this trouble to make a website for others seeking a dentist in Gaithersburg or Rockville, MD area.

Dr. Aghaee is first and foremost a complete professional. I've been to him now about 12 times now in the past 1 year (as I said, I had a lot of lost time to make up!) and I've had things as severe as cracked tooth, root canals, crowns, fillings, and gum fencing.

My first impression of his office was incredible, especially considering the experience I had after choosing a dentist from a directory. I had cracked a tooth and was in ridiculous pain... found a dentist, who performed the beginning of a root canal, but decided half way through the procedure that its best too "come back next week" as she wasn't prepared to spend all night trying to work on this "very, very bad teeth".

She worked from her house and her technology was way outdated.

Dr Aghaee's dental practice has the latest technology in place. Amazing computers that immediately display your x-ray on the monitors. Zoom ability and a great display that he uses to show you what work should be done and how he'll plan on doing it.

Why He's The Best Dentist In Gaithersburg...

You aren't the best dentist in Gaithersburg though by having technology alone. There is much more actually, and let me start with his demeanor. I've never had a M.D. or D.D.S have such a professional, encouraging and peaceful nature. He sincerely desires to serve people and its very evident.

Everytime I go in for more work, he takes his time, never rushes, and always checks on you throughout the process.

In addition, he has an excellent sense of humor, and a very good rapport with his receptionists and assistant. This is very important... I've actually experienced once an argument between a dentist and his assistant, and its probably the most awkward feeling you can imagine.

Anyhow, the most important part... I've never had anyone be able to predict when pain my happen and instruct accordingly. For example, he will tell you if you will even feel a light pinch. If you happen to react to pain during a procedure, his number one concern is making sure you are comfortable, immediately, then proceeds to find out exactly what caused it so he can make sure you are in the know if you should expect that again.

I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist's chair.

So please, do yourself a favor... if you are in the Gaithersburg or Rockville area, or even if you're willing to drive in Maryland, and you need a dentist, for your own benefit, call Dr Aghaee.
